Our UK factory is fully equipped with a variety of advanced foam converting machinery. This allows us to cut foam to the shape and size you need. We’ve been converting foam since 1976 and began life supplying upholstery foam to some of the world’s most well-known furniture manufacturers. This includes Parker Knoll, Ercol, G-Plan and many more.

Order Online at GB Foam Direct
It’s easy to get the upholstery foam you need at GB Foam Direct. We stock a variety of upholstery foam sheets and you can also buy foam cut to size.
To order foam cut to size, all you need to do is follow 5 simple steps.
First, you’ll need to choose one of our foam shape templates. There are 25 templates to choose from which includes a custom option for unique shapes.
After this, you can input your required measurements. These can be entered in cm, mm or inches. If you’re unsure how to measure correctly, there are a number of guides on the GB Foam Direct website. You can also contact us for further advice.
Following this step, you’ll be prompted to select a foam type. There are numerous to choose from and each comes with a short description outlining the suitability. If you are unsure whether your foam will be suitable please contact us before ordering.
Next, you can choose to include dacron and stockinette with your order. This is beneficial for orders such as replacement sofa cushions.
Finally, you’ll need to confirm and place your order. Don’t forget that orders placed before 11:30 am Monday – Thursday are generally dispatched for next day delivery.
