Christmas is nearly upon us and the new year is on the horizon. It’s been a fantastic year for us and we’d like to thank our wonderful customers for their continued support. We hope that this year has been kind to you all and that 2019 follows suit.
Final Shipping Date For 2018
Our final order date for 2018 is December 14th and shipping date will be December 20th, after that we will be closed until January 2nd.
Please make sure to get your orders in before this date if you wish to receive your foam before the new year.
What We’ve Been Up To
We set our sights high this year aiming to maximise efficiency and expand upon the varied foam products we already offer. The entire team has worked admirably to help achieve these goals and we’re excited to share these changes with you.
Plastazote – A New Line of Closed Cell Foam
Our latest introduction, Plastazote LD33 is an advanced polyethylene foam. It’s a popular choice for packaging, body padding, prop making and more. We can’t wait to see how some of you put this to use.
SoundFix – A Brand New Acoustic Foam Website
Expanding upon our current line, we’ve been hard at work creating a brand new acoustic foam website. SoundFix features an array of acoustic foam products in multiple styles and colours. Our trade customers can now purchase these in larger quantities at discounted rates.
Healthcare & Contract Mattresses
Our pressure-relieving and waterproof mattresses are now available in volumes of 50-500 units. We have a range of covers to choose from including unbranded Nautilus and Coolmax covers. Our NHS Approved healthcare mattresses can be branded in your company colours and logo. All exported orders can be rolled, and vacuum sealed for your convenience.
Investing in the Future
One of our priorities has been to invest in the latest foam cutting technology. This year alone, we’ve spent over £100,000 on new cutting machinery! We’ve also expanded our onsite storage capacity. This means that we can house more finished goods. All of this has resulted in our turnaround becoming even faster and we can now take on contracts larger than ever before.
Expanding Our Network
We’re pleased to announce that we’ve joined three new associations this year. These include the AMUSF, The Furniture Ombudsman and FIRA. By connecting to more like-minded individuals we can further improve upon our services.
